The Founder, Dr. Jautau "Jay" White, grew up in an environment that didn't encourage higher education or provide the resources or means to even believe one was attainable. He had to fight and earn his credentials and place in STEM at every turn. For this reason, he dedicates himself to serving his community through an, "each one, teach one" concept.
